Red Poppy Enamel Pin | Remembrance
The symbol of the red poppy is meant to commemorate soldiers who died in war, and is often worn on Remembrance Day. The red of the poppy has often been associated with the bloodshed of war. The ‘poppy appeal’ began after John McCrae wrote his famous WWI poem, “In Flanders Field.”
